Coming Q3 2026 · California
Track-and-trace, built for delivery.
METRC-compliant chain of custody, seed-to-sale audit, and BCC-aligned driver manifests — launching in California.
Why this is hard
CA cannabis delivery has four compliance landmines.
METRC manifests
Every delivery needs a live manifest that matches the batch IDs, weights, and destination license. Patchwork CSV uploads break weekly.
BCC driver packet
California Bureau of Cannabis Control requires a signed manifest, temperature log, and vehicle inventory per leg. Drivers get stopped for missing one field.
ID + age verification
Door-side, photo-verified. Minor-sale penalties start at $30K per incident — paper IDs checked by a tired driver don't cut it.
License-type routing
Retail / delivery / microbusiness licenses each have different geographic + product rules. Most dispatchers route blind.
What Suavo brings
The same HIPAA-grade rails. Cannabis compliance pack on top.
California cannabis delivery is a compliance minefield. Between METRC manifests, BCC-required driver documentation, minor-sale penalties, and license-type restrictions, most dispensaries built their own patchwork. Suavo is extending our regulated-delivery rails to CA cannabis: real-time METRC manifest generation, BCC-compliant driver packet, ID verification at the door, and immutable audit trails per delivery. Starting with Los Angeles county dispensaries in Q3 2026.
- Real-time METRC manifest generation + reconciliation
- BCC-compliant driver packet auto-assembled per leg
- Door-side photo ID verification with age + identity match
- Immutable audit trail per delivery (7-year retention)
- License-aware routing: retail vs delivery vs microbusiness
